You can shop at Fiona's Closet™ with confidence. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through PayPal  option.  Paypal provides safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers and make it easier to shop.

Shipping:

We use USPS - United Parcel Service to send out packages.   Overnight packages are shipped Express Mail using USPS.  We cannot guarantee delivery the next day because USPS delivers based on a zone system.  In most cases Overnight packages are delivered overnight delivery with exception of California, Oregon and Washington.  If you need your items to be guaranteed for delivery the very next day, please call:  571-338-9184 or e:mail us at:  fionascloset@verizon.net.  We will send your package out to you by Federal Express or UPS Next Day Air.   There may be additional postage required that will be billed to the customer.  If you would like to insure your package, please contact us and we will add $2.00 to your shipping cost.

Also if your order is over 3lbs. we cannot guarantee overnight delivery so a phone call is recommended.

Tampered Packages:  

We are NOT responsible for tampered packages.   Please report your loss by going to the: United States Postal Inspection Service Website and report your loss there.   They will contact you in order to obtain more details.   It is a federal offense to tamper with packages.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:

Fiona's Closet's goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service and merchandise. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable. 

If you wish to return an item that was not custom made please e:mail:  fionascloset@verizon.net for a return authorization number.  We will credit your account immediately or send you out a replacement per your request.  In some cases for items over $100 we will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Exceptions:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Fiona's Closet™ within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at: fionascloset@verizon.net.   All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. If you fail to notify Fiona's Closet™ of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 10 business day window, or if Fiona's Closet™ suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.  Upon receipt of your approved return, Fiona's Closet™ will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order.   Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Fiona's Closet™.   All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be subtracted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost.

Fiona's Closet™ reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time.  We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.

Returns for Drop Ship Items:
In some cases all drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

Shipment Refusal:
Customers who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery.   Returns &

Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged:
Fiona's Closet is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation.  Items that are sent via US Postal Service are not traceable nor insured unless you specifically request those services.  You can email us at fionascloset@verizon.net  If an item is sent to a customer and held at the post office and then sent back to Fiona's Closet the customer will have to pay a delivery fee to have package resent.

Warranty Information:
Fiona's Closet™ upholds the warranties offered by the artisans and manufacturers who create our products. Manufacturer's warranties vary, so we encourage you to ask a Fiona's Closet™ consultant for specific warranty information on products of interest.  Please e:mail: fionascloset@verizon.net

Our products are made by manufacturers, artisians and mothers like you and I.    All products shown on this site are mother inspected and approved for softness and durability.   We have great relationships with our vendors and our buyers strive to find unique gifts and accessories to provide to you.
